FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 Business Day using USPS. Flat rate Free shipping applies to orders shipping to United states.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer Free shipping to USA. 

Shipping time to USA is estimate to be 3-4 days with USPS Ground Advantage.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking :You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Magsound is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Magsound is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
